科幻开创青少年心理教育新叙事 ——一个“认知-情感-自我”三螺旋干预模型的建构

Abstract

传统的心理教育方法对青少年的吸引力正在下降,而系统有效地创新路径较为缺乏。本文在叙事心理学、发展心理学与科幻研究等多学科理论的支持下,深入探讨科幻叙事在青少年心理教育中的独特功能。本文从三大领域的既有理论出发,寻找它们的对话空间与整合可能,进而提出一个“认知-情感-自我”三螺旋干预模型,系统阐释科幻叙事如何作用于青少年的核心心理发展任务,然后讨论了从理论到实践的转化路径和应用框架。最后前瞻性地提出了“科幻教育心理学”这一新兴交叉学科的构想与架构。本文旨在为青少年心理教育提供一套新颖的思路和方法论,期望为科幻与心理教育的深度融合提供一个兼具理论原创性与实践指导性的系统蓝图。
