A Comprehensive Review of Blockchain Security Threats and Protective Technologies

With the increasing awareness of privacy protection, large-scale data collection and sharing
has become increasingly difficult, leading to a trend of data “islandization”. To address the problem of joint
modeling under data privacy protection, federated learning technology trains a joint model by interacting
only with model updates instead of the source data, opening up a new paradigm for data joint modeling. It
has made in-depth explorations in aspects such as data heterogeneity, communication efficiency, and model
privacy security. However, when viewed from a higher-level perspective of privacy-protected joint modeling,
the “immaturity” of federated learning technology will be exposed. This article sorts out the needs and
difficulties of joint modeling in real scenarios, analyzes the limitations of federated learning, and introduces
small dataism as a guiding ideology to solve the problem of privacy-protected joint modeling. On this basis,
it discusses future research directions to help researchers break out of the original framework of federated
learning and explore a wider range of technical possibilities.

Viewing Federated Learning through the Lens of Small Dataism

This study examines the use of the Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method in social network theory models, focusing on social capital. The research revisits core concepts of social capital theory and social network analysis, detailing MCMC's application in social network simulation, dynamic modeling of social capital, and parameter inference. The findings demonstrate that MCMC effectively addresses high-dimensional issues and dynamic processes in complex social networks, offering a new analytical tool for social capital research. Application of Markov Chain Monte Carlo Methods in Social Network Theory Models: A Social Capital Perspective

With the advent of the mobile Internet era, the demand for cross-platform software among users is increasing.
Based on the C++ language, this paper studies the development and design process of cross-platform software. Firstly,
the main advantages of cross-platform development are analyzed, and the technical route for cross-platform development
based on C++ is expounded. Then, the cross-platform software development process is optimized from the requirements
analysis, architecture design, coding implementation, testing and release and other aspects. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified through real project cases. The research shows that cross-platform software development based on C++ can significantly improve the development efficiency, reduce development cost, and broaden the application scope, warranting its promotion for application in more scenarios
